Most software companies that sell engineering time have never had to answer a support ticket for their own product at midnight. We have, which is the main reason these pages exist.
Ten products carry the e10 Infotech name or run on our platform. Some serve a whole industry, one serves cricket clubs, and one exists because we needed it internally and it turned out other people did too.
Why a services company runs its own products
Running your own software in production changes how you estimate other people's. You learn what a migration really costs, how support load grows after launch, and which architectural shortcut looks clever in month one and expensive in month nine.
It also removes a comfortable excuse. When the roadmap slips on our own product, there is no client to blame for changing the brief.

TinTorch is not a single application. It is a set of business apps sharing one account, one permission model and one bill, so a team can start with the tool that hurts most and switch on the rest later without a migration project. This page was written in its CMS.

What is ready today
The suite ships continuously, which means the apps sit at different stages of release. Some are in daily production use and some are still being finished. Rather than publish a green tick next to everything, we would rather you checked the individual product page or asked us what is production ready this week.
That is a less impressive sentence than the alternative, and it is the true one.
