e10 Infotech - AI-powered software development

Sixty eight services is a long list, and a long list is easy to mistake for a company that will say yes to anything. The honest framing is different: these are seven practices that have accumulated since 2011, written up separately because a client searching for smart contract audits should not have to read about brochure design to find it.

Most engagements use two or three of these. Almost nobody needs ten.

How to read this list

Eight of the sixty eight are umbrella pages. Software development, web development, ecommerce development, AI first development, Web3 development, branding and creative design, digital marketing and lead generation and growth consulting each describe a whole practice. The rest sit underneath one of them.

If you know exactly what you need, go straight to the specific page. If you know the problem but not the shape of the solution, start with the umbrella page and let us work out the rest.

What is the same regardless of which one you pick

Teams stay small, usually two to four people, and one person carries the outcome and speaks to you directly. There is no account management layer relaying messages. Whoever builds a thing supports it in production, which changes how carefully the error cases get handled the first time.

Estimates come after a scoped discovery rather than off a rate card, because a number produced before anyone has seen your existing systems is a guess wearing a suit. Where AI accelerates the work it gets used, and where it does not it gets left alone.

AI engineering

Model work that has to survive contact with real users, real costs and real failure modes. Guardrails, evaluation and cost control matter more here than the demo does.

Blockchain and Web3

Code that holds money is a different discipline. It gets written assuming somebody hostile will read it, and audited before anything of value goes near it.

Custom software and platforms

The systems a business runs on when no off the shelf product fits how it actually works. Usually the highest value work we do and the least glamorous to describe.

Websites and ecommerce

Sites that load fast, stay editable by the people who own them, and keep selling after the agency has gone quiet.

Design and brand

Interface and identity work, including the unglamorous parts like usage rules and file formats that decide whether a brand survives its second year.

Digital marketing

Channel work measured on enquiries and revenue rather than impressions. Tracking gets fixed before spend goes up, because otherwise nobody can tell what worked.

Growth and revenue operations

The plumbing between marketing and sales. Offers, routing, scoring and the reporting that tells you which of the two is actually broken.

Working out which one you need

If an internal process is eating hours every week, start at business automation or custom software development. If you have a product idea and no engineering team, start at SaaS product development. If the site exists but nothing converts, the answer is usually conversion rate optimization before more ad spend. If you are shipping an AI feature and worrying about cost or accuracy, LLM integration and fine tuning is the honest starting point.

Sector context changes how each of these gets built, which is what the industries pages cover.

Everything worth knowing about services.

01How many services does e10 offer?

Sixty eight, grouped into seven practices: AI engineering, blockchain and Web3, custom software, websites and ecommerce, design and brand, digital marketing and growth operations.

02Do I have to pick a service before contacting you?

No. Describe the problem through the contact page and an engineer will tell you which of these actually applies, including when the answer is none of them.

03How does e10 price a project?

After a scoped discovery rather than from a rate card. A number produced before anyone has looked at your existing systems is a guess.

04Can you combine several services in one engagement?

Yes, and most projects do. A typical build pairs custom software development with UI and UX design and API integration.

05What is the difference between the umbrella pages and the specific ones?

Eight pages describe a whole practice, such as software development. The others describe a single deliverable inside it.

06Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. The team is in Mumbai and the work has shipped to more than 150 clients across 25+ countries.

07Who actually does the work?

Around 25 engineers and specialists. Teams stay small, with one person accountable for the outcome and talking to you directly.

08Do you take over projects another agency started?

Yes. That usually begins with an audit of what exists before anyone agrees to a scope, since inherited code carries surprises.

09Is there support once the build ships?

Yes. Retainers cover website maintenance and continued engineering after launch.

10Do you audit smart contracts before deployment?

Yes. Smart contract development includes testing and audit work before a contract holds real money.

11Can you work alongside our in-house engineers?

Yes. The model is a small team with a clear owner, which fits alongside an existing team as easily as it works on its own.

12How do I start?

Send the problem through the contact page. You will hear back from an engineer with questions rather than a proposal template.
