Cookie Policy

What cookies are, the categories the e10 Infotech website uses, which third parties may set them, and how to control or withdraw consent in your browser.

Last updated: 29 July 2026. This version replaces all earlier versions.

This cookie policy explains what cookies are, which categories we use on the e10 Infotech website, why we use them, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our privacy policy, which covers personal information more broadly.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site recognise your browser on a later page or visit. Related technologies do a similar job, including local storage, session storage, pixels and software development kits. Where we say cookies in this policy we mean all of them.

Why we use them

Cookies keep the site working, remember choices you have made, and help us understand in aggregate which pages are useful so we can improve them. We do not use cookies to build a profile of you as an individual for sale to anyone.

The categories we use

Strictly necessary

These make the site function. They handle page routing, load balancing, form submission, security and protection against cross site request forgery. The site cannot work properly without them, so they are not subject to consent.

Preferences

These remember choices such as your cookie selection itself, and any display preference you have set. Losing them is not fatal, it just means the site forgets your choice.

Analytics

These tell us how the site is used in aggregate: which pages are visited, how long people stay, where they arrived from, and where they drop off. We use third party analytics for this, including Google Analytics. The reporting we look at is aggregated rather than aimed at identifying you.

Marketing and advertising

If we run advertising campaigns, these help measure whether an ad led to an enquiry, and can be used by the advertising platform to show relevant ads elsewhere. These are only set where you have agreed to them.

Third parties that may set cookies

Some cookies come from services embedded in our pages rather than from us. That can include analytics providers, video or map embeds, advertising platforms, and infrastructure providers that protect and serve the site. Those parties act under their own privacy and cookie policies, and we recommend reading them. The exact list changes as we add or remove tooling, so treat the categories above as the reliable guide.

How to control cookies

  • Use the cookie banner or preference control on the site to accept or decline the non essential categories, and to change your mind later
  • Set your browser to block or delete cookies. Every major browser lets you do this from its privacy or settings screen, including per site controls
  • Use your browser private or incognito mode, which clears cookies when you close the window
  • Install the browser add on that Google publishes to opt out of Google Analytics measurement
  • Use the opt out controls that advertising platforms provide in their own account or ad settings

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site, including forms. Blocking the other categories will not.

Do Not Track

There is still no single agreed standard for how sites should answer a Do Not Track browser signal, so we do not claim to respond to it. Use the controls above instead, since those work.

Consent and withdrawing it

Where the law requires consent before a non essential cookie is set, we ask for it before setting one. You can withdraw consent at any time using the same control, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already happened lawfully.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the tooling on the site changes or when the law does. The date at the top shows the current version.

Frequently asked questions

Does the e10 Infotech website use cookies?

Yes. We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work, plus preference, analytics and, where you agree, marketing cookies.

Can I use the site without accepting cookies?

Yes. Declining the non essential categories still leaves the site fully usable. Only the strictly necessary cookies are required, and those cannot be switched off without breaking forms and navigation.

Do you use Google Analytics?

Yes, for aggregate reporting on how pages are used. Google publishes a browser add on that opts you out of that measurement entirely.

Do you sell data collected through cookies?

No. We do not sell, rent or trade the information cookies collect, and we do not build individual profiles for sale.

How do I delete cookies already on my device?

Use your browser privacy or settings screen. Every major browser lets you delete cookies for all sites or for one site, and private browsing clears them when you close the window.

How do I change my mind after accepting?

Use the cookie preference control on the site to change your selection, or clear cookies in your browser. Withdrawing consent stops further use going forward.

Do third parties set cookies on your site?

They can, where we embed their service. Analytics, video or map embeds, advertising platforms and infrastructure providers may each set their own, under their own policies.

How long do your cookies last?

Session cookies disappear when you close the browser. Persistent ones last for a defined period set by whoever placed them, and you can delete any of them at any time.

Do you respond to Do Not Track signals?

No, because there is still no agreed standard for what a site should do with that signal. The browser and platform controls described above are effective.

Are cookies used to track me across other websites?

Only advertising cookies can do that, and only where you have agreed to them. You can decline them, and advertising platforms also provide their own opt out settings.

What is the difference between this and your privacy policy?

This page covers cookies and similar storage specifically. The privacy policy covers all personal information we handle, your rights, retention and how to complain.

Who do I contact about cookies?

Write to privacy@e10infotech.com and we will answer. You can also raise it through the contact page.
