e10 Infotech - AI-powered software development
CRM software for sales teams: contacts, leads, pipelines, deals, tasks and reporting in one place, with one TinTorch login across every app.
Products

TinTorch CRM keeps contacts, leads, pipelines and deals in one place, so a sales team stops reconstructing its own history from inboxes and half remembered calls.

It is deliberately not an everything platform. The job is to make the next action on every open deal obvious, and to make the pipeline honest enough that a forecast means something.

The problem with most CRM rollouts

CRM projects fail for one reason: the reps do not fill it in. That happens when the tool asks for twenty fields to log a call, when it lives behind a separate login, and when nobody can see what it gives back.

TinTorch CRM is built the other way round. Fewer required fields, a pipeline view that is genuinely faster than a spreadsheet, and the same TinTorch Account the team already uses for the rest of the suite. Adoption is a design problem, not a training problem.

What is inside

Contact and lead management

One record per person and company, with source, owner and history attached. Duplicates get merged rather than multiplied.

Sales pipeline tracking

Stages you define, with deals you can drag between them. Value and age per stage make a stalled pipeline visible immediately.

Deal and task workflows

Every deal carries its next action and an owner. Tasks fall due on somebody's list rather than into a shared void.

Team collaboration

Notes, activity history and ownership handovers, so a colleague can pick up a conversation without a briefing call.

Reporting and insights

Conversion by stage, by source and by owner. Enough to answer where deals die without building a data warehouse.

Lead capture

Web forms and campaign links feed leads in directly, with the source preserved so attribution survives the handover.

Where the leads come from

A CRM is only as good as its intake. Because TinTorch shares one platform, forms published from the CMS, campaign links from n10 and enquiries from your marketing site all land in the same place with their source intact.

Source How it reaches the CRM
Website forms Published from the CMS, submitted straight into leads
Campaign links Short links carry the campaign through to the lead record
Manual entry A rep adds a contact in a few fields, not twenty
Import Bring an existing list in and merge duplicates on the way

Getting a team onto it

1

Define your stages

Start with the stages your team already talks about. Renaming them later is trivial, so do not over engineer it on day one.

2

Import contacts and open deals

Bring in the current list, assign owners, and put every live conversation into a stage. Anything unassigned is a lead you were about to lose.

3

Work the next action

The pipeline view is the daily surface. If a deal has no next action, that is the signal, not an omission.

Start small on fields

Custom fields are useful once the pipeline is being used. Adding them before adoption is the fastest way to make the CRM feel like paperwork.

The forecast stopped being a guess about three weeks in.

Part of the TinTorch suite

CRM shares the TinTorch account, so the same users, roles and billing cover TinTorch Transfer for sending proposals and TinTorch HRMS for the people side. Campaign tracking runs through n10 Links. For the work of filling the pipeline, see lead generation, marketing automation and CRM development if you need something bespoke.

Queries raised before signature

Everything worth knowing about TinTorch CRM.

01Who is TinTorch CRM for?

Small and mid sized sales teams that have outgrown a spreadsheet but do not want a six month implementation project.

02Can I define my own pipeline stages?

Yes. Stages are yours to name and reorder, and you can change them later without losing deal history.

03Does it handle companies as well as people?

Yes. Contacts belong to companies, so you can see every conversation happening inside one account.

04Can I import an existing contact list?

Yes. Import your list, assign owners, and merge duplicates during or after the import.

05How does lead capture work?

Forms published from the TinTorch CMS and campaign links from n10 feed leads straight in, with the original source attached to the record.

06What reporting is included?

Conversion by stage, source and owner, plus pipeline value and deal age, so you can see where deals stall rather than only that they did.

07Is there a separate login from the other TinTorch apps?

No. One TinTorch Account covers CRM and every other product on the platform, with one set of roles and one invoice.

08Can two people work the same account?

Yes. Ownership is explicit, notes and activity are shared, and handovers keep the full history with the record.

09Does it send email campaigns?

CRM handles the relationship and the pipeline. Bulk sending belongs to the list and marketing tools, which share the same contact data.

10Can we customise fields?

Yes, though we recommend launching with the defaults and adding custom fields once the team is actually using the pipeline daily.

11Is our customer data exportable?

Yes. Contacts, deals and activity can be exported, and the platform API is available for your own reporting.

12What if we need workflow automation beyond the defaults?

Our CRM development and business automation teams build on the same platform, so custom stages, scoring or integrations are extensions rather than workarounds.
