TinTorch Transfer
Send large files securely with one link. No account for the recipient, no install, 20 GB on Pro, password protection and files that auto delete.

Upload a file, generate a secure link, and send it. The person on the other end does not create an account, install software, or learn a new workflow. They click and the file arrives.
That is the whole product. Fast enough for everyday sharing, private enough that a business can use it for client work without a policy exception.

Why friction is the actual problem
Every team already has three ways to move a file, and all of them fail in a specific way. Email bounces at 25 MB. Cloud drives force the recipient into an account and a permissions dialogue. Consumer transfer sites work, then serve your client an advert.
TinTorch Transfer removes the negotiation. You send a link. It opens. Files delete themselves on a schedule you know about, which is a privacy feature rather than a limitation.
What you get
Secure shareable links
Every transfer produces one link. Send it by email from inside the product, or paste it wherever your recipient already is.
No account to receive
Recipients never sign up and never install anything. That is the difference between a file being received and a file being chased.
Password protection
Put a password on a download when the contents warrant it, and share the password over a different channel.
Revoke at any time
Sent the wrong version, or the wrong client? Disable the transfer and the link stops working immediately.
Automatic deletion
Free transfers are kept three days, Pro transfers thirty. A daily cleanup job deletes the rest permanently.
Multiple files and recipients
Pro transfers bundle multiple files and reach up to twenty recipients, each with delivery tracked.
Plans
Transfer is free for occasional use and cheap for professional use. Storage is sold in blocks on top of Pro, so a team that moves video does not pay the same as one that moves contracts.
| Plan | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Free | No cost | One file per transfer, five transfers a month, three day retention, up to ten recipients |
| Pro | 999 rupees per month | 20 GB storage, unlimited transfers, multiple files, 30 day retention, passwords, revoke, 20 recipients |
| Extra storage | From 1,299 rupees per month | Additional 10 GB blocks on top of Pro, up to 50 GB |
| Enterprise | On request | Higher limits, custom terms and dedicated support |
Payments run through Razorpay, and the subscription itself lives in your TinTorch Account alongside every other product on the platform.
How a transfer works
Drop the files in
Drag and drop from your desktop, or browse. Pro accounts can add several files to a single transfer.
Add recipients or copy the link
Send it by email from inside Transfer so delivery is tracked, or just copy the link and paste it into a chat.
Set the guardrails
Add a password if it needs one, and know the retention window. Revoke the transfer whenever you want it gone early.
Deletion is permanent
When a transfer expires, the daily cleanup job deletes the files rather than archiving them. Keep your own copy of anything you still need.

Part of the TinTorch suite
Transfer signs in with a TinTorch Account, the shared identity across the TinTorch suite, so the same login covers TinTorch CRM and TinTorch HRMS with one bill. Pair it with n10 Links when you want a branded short link in front of a transfer, and with Domains if you need the hosting underneath. Custom delivery workflows are handled by our SaaS product development and API integration teams.

No sign up for the recipient, no software, just a secure link.
Queries raised before signature
Everything worth knowing about TinTorch Transfer.
01How long are files stored?
Free transfers are kept for three days and Pro transfers for thirty. After that a daily cleanup job deletes the files permanently.
02Does the recipient need an account?
No. Recipients open the link and download. No sign up, no install, no plugin.
03Is there a file size limit?
Limits follow your plan storage rather than an arbitrary per file cap. Pro includes 20 GB and you can add 10 GB blocks on top.
04Can I password protect a download?
Yes, on Pro. Add a password to the transfer and share it through a different channel from the link itself.
05Can I revoke a transfer after sending it?
Yes. Disable the transfer and the link stops resolving immediately, even if the recipient already has it.
06How many people can I send to?
Up to ten recipients on Free and twenty on Pro, with email delivery included on both.
07Can I send multiple files in one transfer?
Pro transfers support multiple files in a single link. Free transfers are one file at a time.
08How is my data secured?
Transfers move over HTTPS, downloads can be password gated, links can be revoked, and files are deleted on a fixed schedule rather than kept indefinitely.
09What happens if I need more than 50 GB?
Talk to us. Enterprise plans cover higher limits, custom retention and dedicated support.
10How is billing handled?
Through TinTorch Account, with payments processed by Razorpay. Plans, invoices and upgrades sit in the same place as your other TinTorch subscriptions.
11Can I see whether the recipient downloaded the file?
Yes. Transfers sent by email from inside the product track delivery, so you know the link reached its destination.
12Is Transfer suitable for client work?
Yes. Password protected downloads, revocation and scheduled deletion are the three controls most client agreements actually ask for.
