Duggy
Duggy is a cricket club accounting app for members, contributions, match expenses and tournaments, with a live balance and UPI top-ups for every player.

Duggy turns a cricket club into a structured system. Members, contributions, match expenses, tournaments and a clean balance for every player all live in one place, on the phone in your pocket.
Most clubs run on a WhatsApp thread plus a spreadsheet that only one person understands. Duggy replaces both with a shared ledger that does the maths for you and hands every member their own statement.
Contribution accounting, not scoring
Duggy is not a ball by ball scoring app. It is the money layer for a club: who has paid, who owes, what the last match cost, and where the tournament kitty stands. Every top up and every charge posts to the same ledger, so a balance is a fact rather than somebody's best recollection.
Nothing is ever silently edited. Corrections are recorded rather than overwritten, which is what makes the numbers survive an argument at the ground on a Sunday morning.

Everything a club manager needs
Members and invites
Add players by name and mobile, or share one WhatsApp join link with an optional passcode. They claim their own spot the moment they sign in.
Contribution balances
Every member carries a running balance of top ups and charges. Advances roll forward to the next match automatically, so nobody pays twice.
Expenses, split fairly
Log a match or any cost, pick who actually played, and split it equally. Sponsors, free invited players and outside contributions are handled cleanly.
Tournaments
Group games under a tournament, mark appearances as you go, collect the kitty, then divide the total fee by appearances when you close it out.
Club store and UPI
Sell jerseys, caps and gear with photos. Members top up by scanning a branded UPI QR you can drop straight into the group chat.
Statements and CSV
Per member statements of every credit and debit, club wide balances at a glance, CSV import to migrate an old club and export to keep your records.
Two new add-ons
Bookings turns your nets, turfs and courts into a public booking link with prices and blocked time, so anyone can reserve a slot and pay for it. Auctions runs a live player auction: players register with a photo and a role, team owners bid from their phones, and the whole room follows the drama on a public page.
| Add-on | Price | Trial |
|---|---|---|
| Bookings | 2,500 rupees per month | 30 day free trial, cancel anytime |
| Auctions | 1,500 rupees per auction | First auction free, up to 44 players |
From first player to settled books
Add your players
Invite by name and mobile, or share one join link. Players claim their spot the moment they sign in with a TinTorch Account.
Record matches and expenses
Log who played and what was spent. Duggy splits the cost fairly and updates every member balance instantly.
Settle up in the open
Members top up over UPI and read their own statement. No chasing, no screenshots of a spreadsheet nobody trusts.
Plans that scale with the club
Duggy is free to start and priced per club per year rather than per seat. The free tier covers up to 20 players and five matches a month. Starter at 1,999 rupees a year adds tournaments, UPI QR payments and CSV import. Captain at 3,499 rupees a year is the popular tier for a 150 player club with 50 matches a month. Master at 4,999 rupees a year stretches to 500 players and adds custom branding.
One club, one fee
There are no per player charges on any tier. A whole season of organised books costs one modest annual amount, billed securely through TinTorch Account, and your records always stay yours.

Built on the TinTorch platform
Duggy signs members in with a TinTorch Account, and billing, invoices and subscription changes run through the same platform behind TinTorch and TinTorch Transfer. Sharing a match link or a UPI QR is easier with n10 Links branded short links. If your club or league needs something the standard app does not cover, our SaaS product development team builds it.

Queries raised before signature
Everything worth knowing about Duggy.
01Is Duggy a cricket scoring app?
No. Duggy handles club money and membership: contributions, expenses, tournaments and balances. Use a scoring app for ball by ball data and Duggy for everything financial.
02How does Duggy replace WhatsApp and a spreadsheet?
The group chat becomes a place to talk rather than the place your accounts live. Duggy holds the roster, the expenses and every member balance, so there is one number to trust instead of a scroll of messages.
03Is there a free plan for a small club?
Yes. The free tier covers up to 20 players, five matches a month and three store products, with no card required to start.
04Does Duggy hold the club's money?
No. Duggy records contributions and charges. Money moves directly between members and the club over UPI, and Duggy keeps the ledger straight.
05Can members pay by UPI or by cash?
Both. Members can scan a branded UPI QR to top up, and a treasurer can record a cash top up manually so the balance stays accurate either way.
06Can I move an existing club into Duggy?
Yes. Import members and historical statements from a CSV, then merge any duplicate accounts so each player keeps a single clean history.
07What is a TinTorch Account?
It is the single sign in and billing identity across the TinTorch products. Players sign in once and their subscription, invoices and payment methods live in one place.
08How are tournament fees split?
Group the matches under a tournament and mark who played each one. When you close it, Duggy divides the total fee by appearances, so a player who turned up twice pays less than one who played every game.
09Can I sell jerseys and gear through Duggy?
Yes. The club store takes photos and prices, members request items, and the cost lands on their balance automatically once you fulfil the order.
10What happens when a player leaves the club?
Settle them to a zero balance and move them to the trash. The record is kept for your books but hidden from the active roster.
11Is Duggy available on Android and iPhone?
Yes. Duggy runs on native Android and iOS apps as well as the web, and it is built mobile first so a treasurer can work from the boundary rope.
12Can I export my club records?
Yes. Export statements and balances to CSV whenever you like. Your data is yours, on every tier that includes export.
