Free for patients, always
Arodya is paid by partner hospitals, not by patients. That funding model lets us negotiate discounts an individual walking in off the street cannot access, and it means a family comparing options is never charged for advice.
It also means our incentive is a completed, successful treatment rather than a referral fee on a booking. We work for the patient, and we say no to hospitals when the fit is wrong.

01What does Arodya cost a patient?
Nothing. Arodya is paid by partner hospitals, so case review, doctor options, cost estimates and coordination are free to the patient.
02How much can I actually save?
Patients typically save 60 to 80 percent against comparable treatment in the United States or United Kingdom, with an average saving of around 67 percent across cases we have handled.
03How quickly will I hear back?
Case reviews come back within one business day. Complex cases needing more than one specialist opinion may take slightly longer, and we tell you if that is happening.
04Are the hospitals accredited?
Yes. Arodya works with NABH accredited hospitals, and many partners also hold international accreditation. We share the accreditation status of any hospital we propose.
05Will the cost estimate change after I arrive?
Estimates are hospital verified before you travel. Costs can move if the clinical picture changes after admission, and in that case the hospital and your coordinator explain the revision before anything proceeds.
06Do you help with the medical visa?
Yes. We provide the hospital invitation letter and supporting documents needed for a medical visa, and we guide the application step by step.
07Who meets me at the airport?
Your coordinator arranges airport pickup, accommodation near the hospital, and interpretation where language support is needed.
08Can a family member travel with me?
Yes. Medical attendant visas are standard for one or two companions, and we factor accommodation for them into the plan and the estimate.
09Which countries do you mostly work with?
The strongest corridors are Ethiopia, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania and Zimbabwe, but Arodya accepts cases from anywhere.
10Can I get a second opinion before deciding?
Yes. We can route the same reports to more than one specialist so you can compare recommended approaches before committing to travel.
11What happens after treatment?
Your coordinator stays with the case through discharge and follow up, including teleconsultations with the treating doctor once you are home.
12Is my medical information kept private?
Yes. Reports are shared only with the specialists reviewing your case and the hospital you choose, and never used for marketing.
