Anuj Pandey

Anuj Pandey founded e10 Infotech in 2011 and leads the company as MD and CEO. He sets direction across engineering practice and client strategy, and he still writes production code alongside the team he leads.

How e10 started

Anuj did not start e10 with a pitch deck. He started with a laptop in Mumbai, a handful of freelance clients and a habit he never gave up: writing the code himself until it worked. That habit is still the company.

One delivered project became a referral, referrals became retainers, and a one person shop grew into a 25 engineer studio serving clients in more than 25 countries.

Still an engineer

Anuj remains a working full stack engineer across TypeScript, Python, Go and Solidity. He has more than ninety public repositories on GitHub, and open source contributions preserved in the GitHub Arctic Code Vault. When a client project hits a hard problem late at night, the founder is one of the engineers who picks it up.

Products built under his direction

e10 ships its own software, including Duggy, Luinq and the Tintorch business suite. Running its own products in production changes how the team estimates, builds and supports client work.

Measure the outcome rather than the hours. Say no to work that will not move a client's numbers. Never hand over something you would not run yourself.
